- Hello.
- I recently became incharge of a E&S UNIX based system (V). Although I
- have had experience with UNIX before, I never had to install a hard drive
- before. The privious system admin had installed the drive, but not 'told'
- the system that it exists. I've checked the software manuals, (_A System
- Guide to UNIX and XENIX_ and _Essential System Administration_) but to
- no avail. Can anyone give a breif overview of the whole process of drive
- installation? Please send e-mail to me at the address below. I'll e-mail
- the suggestions to those that ask me.
- Thanks,
- Edward Wolpert
