- Just a general question:
-
- Is there a difference between PostScript files created with FrameMaker
- on the MacIntosh and PS files generated with the PC version of FrameMaker?
-
- Currently we generate PostScript files on the Mac for our manuals and then hand
- them over to a service bureau for printing. At one point, we mentioned to
- one of the custormer reps that our publications group might be switching
- over to the MicroSoft Windows version of FrameMaker. He responded by
- saying that it wasn't such a good idea since PostScript files generated
- on a PC were not as dependable as those generated on a Mac.
-
- Is there any truth to this?
-
- Thanks in advance,
-
