- No, the question isn't dumb...well, okay, maybe.
- My colleague here is having some trouble getting a WYSE 99gt terminal to
- work with his PI. Before we upgraded from 3.3 to 4.0.5, we had it hooked
- up to one of the serial ports on the Iris. Now, attached to the same
- serial port, we get no response. We've tried various baud rates and other
- miscellaneous settings. Is there some sort of configuration that must be
- done? The original terminal was installed before we got here.
- He called phone support, but they aren't fast enough for him, so he's
- already called back once surely giving somebody an undeserved headache.
- He's not very patient, and he gets a bit irate. I'm hoping an answer on the
- net will save some phone support personnel a few headaches...
