- It would be very helpful to the Customer Support engineers
- if you were to tell them (and perhaps us) what information
- has been incorrect. None of us intends to give bad data.

- Those of us in the design engineering side of the organization
- are sometimes guilty of not educating the support folks in a
- timely manner on new features. Sometimes they are left on their
- own to learn about new features (and their defects) on their own.
- Shame on us. If we had insight into those areas most uninformed,
- we could address the problem.
