- I think you can simply swap 073h and 074h where they appear in keytbl
- then reassemble. However, you'll also swap Comm and Appt and anything
- else bound to those keys. The kbd95lx program works at a very low
- level and swaps the basic keycode. There are other programs that
- aren't 95 specific that will swap tilde and back quote. Check out
- wuarchive.wsutl.edu:/systems/msdos/simtel20/keyboard/kb84fix.zip and
- other programs in that directory or at any other SIMTEL20 mirror.
