  12. Three or four people at my company rotate the task of answering the
  13. phone at the receptionist desk.  There is a PC on the desk, running
  14. Windows 3.1.  We use Pegasus mail for interoffice messaging.

  16. I've run into a problem with novice users under Windows not really
  17. knowing whether they're logged in or under what username they're logged
  18. in; this obviously leads to confusion (and all kinds of questions to
  19. me:  why doesn't my printer work, etc).

  21. Does Novell provide any Windows-native support for 3.11 yet?  I'd really
  22. like a nice login/logout dialog box, and a status display showing the
  23. current connection.
