  10. Let's say I map I: to a writeable part of the disk, my home directory.
  11. Then when I type these commands at the dos prompt my I: mapping gets
  12. wiped out.

  14. MAP ROOT I:=F:\HOME\PAULB
  15. I:
  16. MD TEST
  17. CD TEST
  18. RD \TEST
  19.  
  20. When I tried this on the C: drive dos says something about an attempt
  21. to remove the current directory.  Anyway, I thought I'd post this
  22. tidbit since the above was happening within an application and the
  23. results were very confusing.
