- I have installed a 1.2GB Fujitsu 2266 on an upgraded 040 cube and it works but
- on startup I get 6 successive dialog boxes that say the drive is damaged and needs
- to be repaired. The drive is mounted by the system immediately before
- the dialog boxes appear and works fine. I looks like the system thinks it
- has the Fujitsu drive at every SCSI ID. This is the only SCSI device on the bus
- and I am booting from the optical. The drive did not appear on bootup when I
- had Maxtor drive on the bus.
