- If you can't change the title I would suspect that you have sharing turned
- on. With sharing off you can change the title like always. To change the
- Icon, go to "get info", capture the icon (click and copy), go to one of
- many programs that will allow you to do something to it, paste, edit, copy,
- and paste back onto icon under get info. I've pasted in things from
- MacDraw, Studio, MacScan, etc. and have some interesting icons. This works
- for any icon. My trashcan looks like a black hole
