  25. If you can't change the title I would suspect that you have sharing turned
  26. on.  With sharing off you can change the title like always.  To change the
  27. Icon, go to "get info", capture the icon (click and copy), go to one of
  28. many programs that will allow you to do something to it, paste, edit, copy,
  29. and paste back onto icon under get info.  I've pasted in things from
  30. MacDraw, Studio, MacScan, etc. and have some interesting icons.  This works
  31. for any icon. My trashcan looks like a black hole
