  17. Do overlook it if you use a 14.4 modem (and probably other things
  18. too).  It takes too big a timeslice, scrolling will drive you batty
  19. the way it jerks.  It also might mess up download speed but I never
  20. affirmed that.  $10 down the drain for me.  The author should allow
  21. you to set the update interval to minimize such problems.

  23. I am using Volts 1.2beta now, and am pretty happy with it, it has
  24. history-sensitive usage estimating too, plus a real-time plot of
  25. voltage if you want (analogous with xload for those familiar with
  26. that).  Unfortunately, it hasn't been released yet, and 1.1.1 doesn't
  27. work on Duos (1.1.1 also doesn't have history, just voltage).  If you
  28. pay the $5 for 1.1.1 you can get the 1.2beta I think (and presumably
  29. 1.2 will be officially released sometime soon...)
