- According to the "Apple CD-ROM Handbook" included on the Jan 93
- Developer Support CD, it will cost you about $250-500 in premastering
- charges, depending on the number of files you have. Then another $500
- (10-day turnaround) to $3000 (same-day service) in mastering charges. After
- that, it's under $2/disk, which includes 2 color artwork on the disk itself.
- Not clear if this includes packaging (I've seen anything from the common
- jewel cases to cardboard slidecases to just plain plastic envelopes).
