  16.     According to the "Apple CD-ROM Handbook" included on the Jan 93
  17. Developer Support CD, it will cost you about $250-500 in premastering
  18. charges, depending on the number of files you have.  Then another $500
  19. (10-day turnaround) to $3000 (same-day service) in mastering charges.  After
  20. that, it's under $2/disk, which includes 2 color artwork on the disk itself.
  21. Not clear if this includes packaging (I've seen anything from the common
  22. jewel cases to cardboard slidecases to just plain plastic envelopes).
