  13. I have a new LCII.  The manual (Users Guide) apple supplies seems to be
  14. pretty sorely lacking important information.  I would like to have an
  15. explanation of error codes, and also explanations of the various standard
  16. extentions and control panels (some are covered, but not all).  Is there
  17. any archived file(s) covering these things?  How about docs available from
  18. Apple?

  20. I was trying to find out something about an extension called "Caps Lock"
  21. which I found, not in my extensions folder, but in my Control panels folder.
  22. It's with the control panels on the install disks too.  If I click on it
  23. the computer asks me if I want to put it in the extensions folder.  So I
  24. said yes and it moved there but I still have no idea what it's for or where
  25. it really belongs.

  27. Also there was a menu item for selecting keyboard layout next to the finder
  28. icon.  I have lost it, don't know how to get it back, and there is nothing
  29. about it in the manual.  Help!
