  10.   I have a Duo 230 and will soon be receiving additional memory and an
  11. internal modem.  I'm thinking of installing them myself.  I am familiar
  12. with the dangers of static and have the appropriate equipment, but
  13. I don't know if there are any "surprises" I should be aware of when
  14. messing with Duo innards.
  15.   Also, I've heard that installing memory does not invalidate the
  16. warranty, does that apply to the modem as well?
