  23. crystal off without putting yourself out $900 for a new motherboard..."

  32. I have a IIsi, and I have the sockets and heat sinks ready, just waiting on
  33. the crystal, but I don't think this should be sold to your average Joe Blow.
  34. I mean, no real hacker is going to pay $115 for the stuff when he knows he
  35. can get it for $5, with the exception of the fan, which may not even be
  36. necessary... All the instructions are freely available on the net. But, I don't
  37. think that this speed solution should marketed to the non-hacker, because there
  38. is a VERY real danger of breaking your computer to the tune of HUNDREDS of $.
  39. Doesn't everybody remember that guy that wrote on the net a couple of months
  40. back when this was a hot topic, and he had TOASTED his IIsi trying this?
