  10. I have a videospigot and have been trying to get
  11. a good 640x480 still shot off of videotape. I've 
  12. been using the 'capture from still source' option
  13. but the stills look like crap. The company says that
  14. it's because the video image is jittering. One VCR
  15. ad that I saw claimed a special effect "jitter-free 
  16. freeze frame". Is this BS or will it work for this?
  17. Also, do laserdisc images do any better?
