  11. My Mac+ must know I've ordered its replacement.  In the last couple of weeks
  12. my mac has developed a weird problem.  When I go to click on a button or
  13. pull down a menu the cursor jumps to the right, sometimes as little as a 1/4
  14. of an inch, sometimes as much as 2 inches.  It doesn't matter if all the
  15. inits are turned on or not.  I've also replaced the system software and no 
  16. difference.  Other problem some of the control panel settings clear 
  17. themselves.  They are cursor blinking rate, mouse click rate and sound volume
  18. I'll set them and a little later on they clear themselves.  I don't mean
  19. set themselves to a different setting.  They just zero themselves out.

  21. This will happen when the machine is on. All other control panel settings
  22. are fine.
  23. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as my new Mac won't be here
  24. for at least another 4 weeks and I have a project which needs to be finished
  25. in the next two weeks.
