I'm looking for a utility that will output the differences between two Microsoft WORD files.  I'm collaborating on a book with someone, and we need some software to enable us to keep in synch when we work on different copies of the same document.  It should be something like the VAX/VMS differences utility.  Anybody heard of such an app?
