 In Excel 4, I published a chart that was embedded in a worksheet. This worked
 fine, and I was able to subscribe to it. Later, I wanted to change the
 options for that publication, so I went back to Excel, expecting to find a
 "Publisher Options" menu somewhere. Wrong! According to the help, it's in the
 "File/Links" menu item. One selects the type of link (Publisher) and then
 clicks the Options button to set options. I did this, but the Published chart
 shows up as an Excel Link (not!) and I cannot apply Options to it.

 If I double-click the embedded chart, and Publish it from it's own window, I
 can apply Options to it as a Publisher, but it's appearance is not as it is
 when embedded in the worksheet (which is the appearance I want Published).

 So, how can I Publish a chart so it's appearance is as when it is embedded in
 a worksheet, while retaining the ability to edit its Publication options? Is
 this a bug or a feature?
