  26. I, too, had no trouble with Macintax for my '91 returns. So we ordered it again
  27. for '92. But the headstart version wouldn't print on my Deskwriter with the
  28. (current and correct) driver; I had to re-install an older driver (and I'm glad
  29. I kept a copy around!) Also we tried to read in last year's return as a basis
  30. for starting this year's, and it failed. (Repeatedly; we tried a variety of
  31. options, and gave the program huge amounts of memory, with no success. Our
  32. return was not particularly large or complex, either.) The problem with the
  33. newer Deskwriter drivers was at least documented; but the ability to read in
  34. last year's files was an advertised feature supposed to be present even in the
  35. headstart version. We concluded that it can't print and it can't read its own
  36. files. We will be asking for a full refund and trying TaxCut instead this year.
