  15. Well... let's suppose that this chip was burning holes in PC Boards
  16. and melting plastic ZIF sockets.  If so, then those customers are
  17. probably already a little nipped.  Let's suppose that the only way out
  18. of the situation is to delay the project for whatever reason and then
  19. suggest that they wait just a little while longer for something
  20. totally awesome and cool-running.  The customers are still a little
  21. nipped, but if they are told that they won't have to do any
  22. redesigning and that they get a little while longer to work out all of
  23. their chipset bugs, then they might not be so nipped come introduction.
