  13. Thanks to those who responded to my post about problems with my 4FG. From 
  14. the responses I received, it appears that quite a few people have 
  15. experienced the same problems that I have ie. tilted picture and blurry/
  16. fuziness in corners. It seems however, that no one has found a solution to 
  17. these problems and many vendors don't want to even deal with it. My 
  18. second 4FG is still at the service center, and if they don't adjust this one 
  19. properly, I am going to ask for my money back. Some people also reported 
  20. problems with the 5FG, so the whole FG line may have quality control 
  21. problems. NEC is supposed to be a reputable company, but they don't seem to 
  22. be doing much about this QC problem. There were a couple of people who 
  23. responded who said that they had several 4FG's in an office situation and 
  24. that most of them were fine but a couple had to be returned or adjusted. So, 
  25. there is perhaps some 4FG's that don't have the problems, although both my 
  26. new ones had the problems. Some people felt that the problems were worth 
  27. living with because of the great brightness + sharpness of the display. In 
  28. my opinion, if you are paying for top of the line equipment you expect a top 
  29. quality product and the 4FG falls short in this regard. NEC must have heard 
  30. about these problems since so many people have experienced them, so why aren'
  31. t they doing anything? Are there any 4FG owners who want to get together and 
  32. write some letters of complaint to NEC? I am going to write one myself, but 
  33. if I could get some others to do the same, we might get a response.
