  12. Thanks for all your help, I have identified both drives. The specs on the 
  13. Priam are:
  14. Summary of responses I received with respect to the PRIAM drive I've
  15. got:

  17.  The drive's model number is ID330-EC

  20. Interface: ESDI or proprietary ML interface, depending on responder
  21.             Either way, I can't hook it to my RLL or MFM boards.

  23. Heads:    15
  24. Cyl:    1218(from the folks who said is was ESDI) or 1225(the ML folks)
  25. Platters: 8
  26. Sectors : 36
  27. Capacity: something in the 338Meg range.

  30. the 808 cyl/16 hds I found written on the drive is probably a mapping
  31. to fool an old BIOS.

  33. Dip Switches:
  34. DSEL 1,2,3 - drive select (#3? something in the funny priam interface,
  35.          I guess) factory set DSEL2 on , 1 and 3 off
  36. SCNT 1,0    - sector size SCNT 1 0n, SCNT 0 off
  37. SPN OP - unused according to one person, but when I flip it, the drive 
  38.             doesn't spin up at power up.

  45. It's a 39 meg RLL (32meg formatted) 1/2ht drive

  51. 7,5 meg transfer rate
