  11. I need to ship a pc to England, and need information on how to
  12. best go about it. It's an old machine, to be sent to a friend for
  13. personal use at a university.
  14. I have the original packing boxes, so that's not a problem. My main
  15. questions are:
  16. 1. Can it be sent in less than three weeks for under $300?
  17. 2. Who is best, U.S. mail, UPS, Fed X or someone else?
  18. 3. How can I avoid import and/or tariff problems?
  19. 4. How much does insurance cost?
  20. If anyone can shed some light for me, I would be grateful.
