- I read in one of the magazines (I think it was either "Windows" or
- "Windows User") that Central Point Backup finds an unusually high
- number of bogus errors on *any* tape. My experience with PC Tools 7.1,
- which includes Central Point Backup, confirmed that for me. It found
- errors on new tapes with my CMS Jumbo 120 tape drive that CMS's software
- said were fine. According to the magazine article, Norton's Backup also
- was able to use the tapes that Central Point Backup said were bad.

- Although its user interface is a bit crude, I'm using CMS's software
- instead of Central Point Backup.
