- I am in the market for a new computer, I am trying to decide as to what
- company to buy from and what parts(harddrives, video cards, etc.) to avoid.

- Processor: at least 486SX/25
- o what motherboard manuf. should be avoided? are pretty good?
- o what chipsets should be avoided(those noted with problems). I have a
- soundblaster I am going to install, a co-worker told me that some chipsets
- cause soundblaster problems.
- o what type of memory?

- o I have had pretty good luck with Seagate, how are others?

- o At least 1MB memory??who

- Monitor at least 14" NI:
- o a couple of co-workers has Viewsonic monitors(they all like them), how are
