  12. I have 64K of cache RAM from a 386-40 for sale.  It consists of
  13. eight 8Kx8 20nS SRAM DIPs, and one 8Kx8 15nS SRAM DIP.  This is a total
  14. of 64K cache, and includes the fast 15nS chip needed by most m/b for
  15. TAG RAM.  I just upgraded to 256K cache, and have no need for these chips.
