- Hi,
-
- If he's not giving you a line of bull, then you may buy one, in which case you
- will be getting a new leading edge AIR board. In other words, instead of a
- load of bull, you will get hot AIR.
-
- Excuse me.
-
- From what I have read the current VESA open standard for local bus does not
- support bus mastering. The VESA II spec does support it but it is still under
- revision. Intel is working on a standard for local bus that apparently does
- support bus mastering but I don't think it's been released yet. I don't know
- if this helps any, but at least it adds SOME useful content to a sad excuse
- for a pun posting...
