  15. I need a reference that explains how to build a PC from scratch.
  16. The reference must be suitable for a beginner, someone who's never
  17. worked on hardware before; it must be complete, describing at least
  18. the following:

  20.   Parts needed
  21.   Installation of memory
  22.   Setting jumpers and switches
  23.   Installing the motherboard
  24.   Cabling and installing floppy and hard drives
  25.   Creating the CMOS setup
  26.   Checking the system
  27.   Tools required
