  10. I have a friend with a Gateway 386/33DX system that is about 2 years old.
  11. Recently, he upgraded the memory from 4 MB to 16MB.  Now, Windows locks up the
  12. machine every time he clicks "OK" on the Exit Windows dialog box.  Is this
  13. likely to be a driver conflict (mouse is on COM1, modem on COM2)?  Any ideas
  14. on where to look?  [The BIOS reports that it sees all 16MB on bootup.]
