  23. Don't think in terms of 2 distinct stages of testing - at 33MHz and at
  24. 25MHz. It is all one stage.   Depending on the test, it could be a
  25. single test that grades accoringly.

  27. For example lets take a simple switching speed from low to high.  If
  28. it takes 35ns to switch (low and high voltage levels reference points
  29. differs in low->high and high->low), then it will fall into the 25MHz
  30. grade.  But if the switching takes only 28MHz then it will fall into
  31. the 33MHz grade.

  33. In the actual case, the testing is a lot more complex and there are
  34. hundreds of electrical tests before the chips a graded.
