  19. Ask at any serious/quality high-fi repair shop about non-Sony shops
  20. getting parts at fair prices, or maybe you saw the piece on tv a week ago
  21. about what some Japanese companies do more than others...

  23. If folks woke up maybe Sony and friends would get the message when noone 
  24. bought things that are not intended to be repaired at reasonable prices.
