- I'm new to this newsgroup, so forgive me if you went over these points
- before.
-
- 1) For the last several months my HP48SX insists that EVERY
- file I have in it has a checksum of either 0 or 1. Obviously,
- something is wrong; is it something I can fix by some SYSEVAL
- or something?
-
- This is a new question to me. It sounds like your binary integer
- wordsize has been set to 1. Try 64 STWS and see if the checksums
- look right again. This will also allow you to see the full
- return value of TICKS or the proper result of any binary integer
- math you do.
-
- 2) Is HP's BBS accessible via Internet?
-
- Yes, at hpcvbbs.cv.hp.com [15.255.72.16].
-
- 3) Is Redundance Fighter really that safe to use?
-
- I have used it for a long time without problems. Be sure to keep
- backup copies of RFU around, though, since if you lose RFU all
- your packed data won't be accessible any more.
