- I need some help on mounting disks off of a DECstation 3100 (ULTRIX 4.1)
- onto an HP 9000/720 Workstation (HP-UX 8.07).
- Upon attempting to mount these disks I get the message (on the HP) :
-
- mount: server not responding: RPC_AUTH_ERROR; why = AUTH_TOO_WEAK
- (remote error)
-
- I should also point out that mounting disks off of a Stardent (Titan) onto
- the same HP workstation works fine. So I know that the nfsd daemons are
- working properly.
-
- Any ideas or suggestions on how to resolve this problem would be appreciated.
- Would you please send responses and suggestions directly to me and I'll
- summarize to the net if need be.
