- The problem with both networking and multitasking is that you have to take
- over much of the computer's minimal operating system. Most productivity
- programs don't even use the built in OS, so making that networking or
- multitasking compatible with anything is very hard. (Even replacing the
- ROMs, ala JiffyDOS, is only a partial solution.)
