  20. This will allow a "more intelligent" filtering of the newsgroup for those who
  21. need the "new developments", "help needed", and technical stuff.

  23. I'd like to see this go.  Kind of an ADVOCACY sub group.  THe only folks who
  24. may not benefit are those concerned with long distance connects for newsgroup
  25. proliferation.  Everyone else can "kill" or not kill.... as they see fit.
