- Not to knock your advice, but I have had a problem with zoo that I just
- cannot figure out. I am hoping that someone else with a similar configuration
- can at least tell me that it _should_ work.
-
- I have TT with color/4MBST/1.44/TOS3.06/105MBinternal.
-
- With just AHDI5.0 loaded to mount my HD, I cannot run zoo on any known
- good .zoo archives (uploaded them from the TT to a sun and unzooed them fine).
- I have tried the "-extract" which should work regardless of case. I have
- tried the zoo shell (.6). I have tried using tcsh (with and without MiNT).
- I have tried it on floppy without AHDI loaded.
-
- The symtoms are that I would run zoo, it would say "extracting filenam"
- and then bomb with 2 bombs. It will have created a zero length file named
- filenam. It does this (even the same number of bombs) regardless of method
- of calling zoo.
-
- To be completely honest, it had worked sporadically some 6-8 months
- ago before I had my machine upgraded to TOS3.06. Then it stopped working (and
- then I upgraded TOS).
-
- Does anyone have a clue as to what might be causing this? Is there
- a dip switch that might have been moved that normally wouldn't be causing
- problems, but interferes with zoo?
-
- Quester's Lzh has always (and continues to) worked. If anyone has a
- clue, please let me know. I am presently trying to unzoo all of the MiNT/GCC
- distribution disks and having to copy them to floppy, take them to my suite
- mates computer to copy them, then unzoo them back onto the floppy, is starting
- to drive me nuts.
-
- Thanks in advance for any help.
