- Since every negative anecdote requires an equal and opposite reaction,
- I'll point out that they were helpful with me, and remailed my Zip at
- their cost when the local post office (or pseudo-post office) Returned it
- To Sender after a minor mixup. They were quick about it, too.
- One point is that the above occurred within the last four months, ie.
- within the period of solvency if rumours are to be believed. Not that this
- should make any difference, but...
