  14. We have a Apollo DN10000 running OS10.4. Recently, we started to get
  15. error like this:
  16. xxx - VTOC is bad from (OS/VTOC manager).

  18. Does anybody know what kind error this is (software or hardware) and how to fix
  19. it?
  20. This error came up in various processes, like editing, reading files.
