  28. No, not 6.10.  The latest version is 6.1.  The numbering scheme for 
  29. 6.x releases will be 6.1,6.2,...6.9,6.10,6.11, etc.  so 6.10 is very
  30. different from 6.1.  Think of it as 6.1 = "Version 6, Revision 1",
  31. 6.10 = "Version 6, Revision 10".

  36. HiSoft should have sent upgrade letters in the UK.  If you haven't
  37. received one, contact them and they will be able to handle your
  38. upgrade.  You can also contact SAS Institute's German subsidiary
  39. in Heidelberg, Germany and get an upgrade directly from them,
  40. but if you do this, you won't be able to call HiSoft for support.

  42. Old customers are NOT getting left behind.  UK customers should have
  43. gotten letters at least a month ago.
