- After you compile for a while, the machine crashes.

- We've only had one person report similar problems under 6.1, and
- they were running an old version of 3.0. They haven't gotten back
- to us, so I assume that the new 3.0 fixed it. However, it's
- showing up regularly on two beta testers' machines with the
- 6.2 beta version, so we need to fix it before shipping 6.2.
