  23. There are available an extra dongle for ScalaMM for NOK 1500,- which
  24. translates to about US $200. This was the information I got when I called
  25. them up some time ago. I don't think this option is generally advertised.

  38. Outline fonts are pre-calculated before run-time as far as I know.
