- I have a Dataflyer 500 with a Quantum LPS120 HD connected to my A500 with
- kickstart 1.3. My problem is that I cannot get the HD to autoboot. I need to
- use the floppy as a boot disk to get the HD going. I use the startup disk
- as instructed but it will not work. It only works in the way a KS 1.2 should
- work as described in the manual. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I
- am doing wrong? Why will the drive not auto-boot? What should I do
- to correct this. It is getting annoying to wait for the slow floppy to work
- when the system is supposed to autoboot.
-
- Any help would be greatly appreiciated! Please reply in e-mail to save
- bandwidth.
