- I knowm, I know there has been so much talk about monitors lately
- that everyone is geting fed up with it now, and so did I. That was
- before I decided that the 1084s was driving me throught the roof
- and I needed something better. And since I ignored all those
- articles about monitors I am very ignorant of the subject matter.
-
- So here it goes, I can get an ex-demo NEC Multisync 5D from the
- Uni here. I have an A2500 and NO flicker fixer. What I want to know
- is if the 5D will sync down to 15kHz (so I can use it before I
- can afford a C= flicker-fixer) and what will I need to do to be
- able to use it? (Cabling, etc.)
-
- And another two questions. 1) Will it be safe to sit this huge beast
- on top of my A2500? 2) How much should I expect to pay for an ex-demo
- Multisync 5D? (Either in A$ or US$)
-
- Thanks heaps for any info.
