- The answer is yes. I do it, and so do other people I know.
- There are scary warnings with the tapes that doing so may cause
- excessive head wear on the drive and that it is a bad idea to go back
- and forth between 150 and 250M tapes. The warnings are not to be taken
- lightly. Once you're aware of the downside/risks, it's your choice.
