- I have an opportunity of picking up a 3.5 inch IDE harddrive
- for my Amiga 500. I can buy an Adide 40 kit to put this harddrive
- inside my A500. Sounds nice and neat. But one question remains
- that puzzles me: where does the power come from for running the
- harddrive? Do any of the lines in the ribbon cable supply the
- power to the drive? If so, is it a reliable source for running
- the harddrive? Would I need to upgrade my A500 power supply?
- Any and all responses are welcome!
