- That's a clever trick. We only started on the A3000 in early 1989, and it was
- introduced to the world in April of 1990. That's not even a year-and-a-half,
- so whatever you heard about two years before, it wasn't the A3000.

- Everyone should keep in mind that C='s system naming scheme is rather simple to
- figure out. Just because you hear a rumor about the AXXXX doesn't mean that
- we're actually working on such a beast. It does take somewhere between 9 and
- 18 months, possibly even more, from concept to production on a new system,
- depending alot on how new it's component pieces are. That's without any silly
- delays (eg, delays other than what's necessary to actually prove the
- functionality of the system).
