- Hi. I'm looking for a good freely distributable or shareware TIFF to
- IFF converter. Things like bitmap scaling, cropping, palette remapping,
- etc. would also be nice. I want to make background bitmaps out of a few
- images pulled from a NeXT. Anything that supports reasonable dithering
- so that I could stuff it on, say, a 4 color WB screen would also be nice.
