  14. Some major problems with X-comm:

  16. Very erratic under vi and elm. Characters can get put in random places in vi
  17. this is bad for people who program.

  19. *STILL* crashs on an amiga 500 when selecting transfer protocols from the
  20. phone book. (I was assured this was fixed by WW).

  22. File control is supposed to be disabled for nonreg users. Unfortunately
  23. its NOT in the phonebook and VERY easy to select on accident and this
  24. produces an instant guru!

  26. X-comm DOES NOT work on a 4000! after several hour fiddling with X-Comm we
  27. could STILL not get it to work on a 4000 with an HST DS modem.

  30. These are all i have noticed after a few hours of using it beyond that it
  31. seems to be a very good improvement over Term and with some work I would be
  32. willing to register it (what is 45UD in $US?).

  34. one thing, XEM is nice but a true vt100 support would be nice ALOT of people
  35. need a REAL vt100 not what XEM supports! This is one of the things I dislike
  36. about term and terminus as well.
