  11.    New and improved versions of the Amiga voice recognition programs,
  12. VCLI (V 5.2) and AniMan (V 4.1) are now available at the following
  13. FTP sites as AniMan41.lha and vcli52.lha.

  28.    This is version 5.2 of Voice Command Line Interface (VCLI) which will
  29. execute CLI commands, ARexx commands, or ARexx scripts by voice command.
  30. VCLI allows you to launch multiple applications or control any program with
  31. an ARexx capability entirely by spoken voice command.  VCLI is fully
  32. multitasking and will run in the background, continuously listening for
  33. your voice command.  Improvements over earlier versions include the 
  34. capability to load alternate vocabulary files by spoken voice command, a
  35. choice of Amiga hardware timers to reduce interference with other programs,
  36. and immunity of the display to changes in system fonts.  The bug in VCLI51
  37. that affected loading of vocabulary files by voice command has been
  38. quashed.  VCLI requires either the Perfect Sound 3, Sound Master (Sound
  39. Magic) or a Generic audio digitizer.  AmigaDOS 2.0 is required.

  46.    This is version 4.1 of AniMan which allows you to converse with an
  47. animated talking head through your audio digitizer in order to execute
  48. CLI commands, ARexx commands, or ARexx scripts by voice command.  AniMan
  49. is completely multitasking and will run in the background, continuously
  50. listening for your voice command.  With AniMan you can launch multiple
  51. applications or control any program with an ARexx capability by conversation
  52. with an animated talking head.  Improvements over earler versions include
  53. background multitasking operation, the capability to load alternate command
  54. files by spoken voice command, a choice of Amiga hardware timers to reduce
  55. interference with other programs, and support for three audio digitizers;
  56. Perfect Sound 3, Sound Master (Sound Magic), and Generic digitizers.
  57. AniMan is compatible with NTSC and PAL.  AmigaDOS 2.0 is required.
