- I have briefly had a play with Eureka and I found it to be excellent! It seems
- to support all of the functions that Pipedream has plus a great deal more. (I
- have not used Pipedream extensively so I don't guarantee that I'm 100%
- correct). The user interface seems very good indeed, although there is a
- slight gripe in that they have used their own windowing system so nice things
- like 3d icons won't work. The reason they have done this is to implement a
- 'split window' effect allowing 4 seperate parts of the spreadsheet to be
- viewed in the same window. I found it easier to use than Pipedream from a
- first time user's point of view. The graphing facilities do seem more limited
- than those in Pipedream 4. Anyway, my first impressions were very positive.

-
- I beleive that the ARM3 in the A5000 is surface mounted. You can surface mount
- a socket in place of the chip. Try Beebug Ltd. in St. Albans, they should be
- able to fit a socket for you. I don't know about the warranty though.
